What is the Turn-around Time?

To ensure we are sending out the Highest Quality Product, We take our time making sure everything you receive is as close to perfect as we can get it! Due to Supply Chain Issues, Turnaround times may vary, but will stay updated within this section. Turnaround Times could potentially be quicker if the material of the items ordered are in stock. Please note these times do not include shipping time, Holidays, or weekends. 

Tumblers | 14-16 Weeks Weeks 

ANY {MTO} Tee's | 3-4 weeks 

Memorial Jewelry | 6-8 Weeks 

Leather Patch Hats & Custom Hey Dude Shoes | 4-6 Weeks

Watch Bands & Other Items | 3-4 Weeks

Ready To Ship Items | Items will ship in 5-7 Business Days UNLESS ordered with any {MTO} Items. If you are needing the {RTS} Items within this turnaround time, please checkout separately than any {MTO} Items.

Care of Products

TUMBLER CARE

Included in your Tumbler you purchase, will be a care card. Please read them & follow as instructed. Also posted below.

  • Do not soak. Soaking your tumbler can lead to the Epoxy Seal breaking  and ruining the artwork.
  • Please DO NOT use Dishwasher or Microwave.
  • Do not leave in direct sunlight for long periods of time. Although we use high quality epoxy with 500* heat resistance and UV protection, long term exposure to UV rays can damage/fade your cup design. This can also cause premature yellowing of the epoxy.
  • Avoid dropping or rough handling of products. The last thing you want is a ruined item.

All of our Items are Hand Made, with tons of Love, Time, and Talent poured into them. Please carefully follow care instructions to ensure you get the most out of your items!

T-SHIRT CARE

We have different Processes of Making our T-Shirts. Screen Printing, Sublimation, Heat Transfer Vinyl, And Digital Transfers. Please Read the Care Card that is sent with your package to ensure keeping your Apparel at its highest Quality. Your care card will be the Instructions for the Specific process that is used on your Apparel!

 

  • Turn garment inside out
  • Machine wash cold
  • No bleach
  • No fabric softeners
  • Dry on Low
  • Do not dry clean
  • Iron inside out
  •  

     Hand Dyed Apparel - We only use professional, Quality Tye Dye. This process has Many Steps, and I do everything i can to get the left over Dye out. PLEASE do, wash by itself though on the fist wash to ensure that any bleeding does not occur into your other laundered items.

    Avoid contact with perfumes,  hairspray and other chemicals

    Do not wear your jewelry to swim or shower

    To clean, wash with warm soapy water and a soft cloth

     Please allow us 5-7 Business Days for Pick-up/Shipping on Ready to Ship Items.

    Ordering {MTO} & {RTS} Items Together

    If you have BOTH {RTS} & {MTO} Items in your order, You will receive your {RTS} Items at the SAME time you receive your Made to Order.

    If you Need your Ready to Sale Items ASAP, you will need to check out separately.  I am sorry for the Inconvenience but this is the only way I am able to keep everything straight!

    If you need to your items faster, When available there will be a Rush Order Button that you may purchase for $20.00, If you would like to buy this, your order will get put first in line! 

    Return Policy

    All sales are final. We do not allow returns, refunds or exchanges. All items are custom made to order, and that prohibits us from being able to re-sell your items. If there is a mistake on physical products, not digital,  that was made on MY end, I will take credit for the mistake and allow the return and replace it with the corrected Item. We do our best to ensure you have a high quality product you love before it leaves our hands, but I am human, and I do make an occasional mistake. 

    Quality Guarantee

    TUMBLERS

    As we do our very most to make each item as perfect as possible, you may see a few small flaws due to the Nature of the Art, and it being a Hand Made Item! Our guarantee covers your cup against yellowing/fading or any problems that occur due to our process. To ensure you get the highest use of your items, please see our Care Section. This does not cover misuse or dropping of Tumblers. This Guarantee is good for 1 year from the shipping date. This Guarantee will be voided if you do not follow proper care instructions. Each Item is sent with care instructions, please read them once you receive your items.

    APPAREL

    Everything made at KGD is made with the highest quality items, All of the Apparel, Dyes, And printing materials are made with top notch quality products. With that being said, if you do not properly care for your apparel, You may not get the very most out of your items. Please see our Care Section to ensure you know how to properly care for your items. We offer a One Year Guarantee on our Apparel. This covers any kind of defects on our end, that we potentially missed. We do try to make sure everything is perfect before it leaves our hands, but we are human! 

    All of our Bleached Tee's are washed in a NORWEX, hypoallergenic detergent to ensure that no one will have a reaction to our washing method. 

    Shipping

    All Items are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Once the item has a shipping label created you will receive an email with tracking. Please allow 2-7 business days for delivery. All priority mail will include insurance to cover your purchase. This is to cover any damages incurred by the postal service. This does not cover stolen/misdelivered items.

    Can I Pick Up My Items?

    • Of course! Always! If you would like to Pick-Up Locally, In Chanute Kansas, Please choose the Local Pick-up at Check out!
    • When your items are ready, you will receive an email with Pick-Up info. I do my best to make Local Pick-up as easy as possible, but if you have any questions about it, please contact me!
